On that day, Dr Rajendra Prasad started his first term as President of India and the Constituent Assembly became the Parliament of India. On the 73rd Republic day, due to the pandemic situation, we celebrated this occasion through online platform. Social science department organised this programme and Dr. Chanchel was the chief guest.
